tim i totally agree with you 100 percent! these new hires start at 8.50 and hour and on top of that they get no medical benefits for an entire year lol so its like WOW great way to value your new hires haha. 8.50 an hour for that type of physical labor is just INSANE!

enough is enough ! if the membership doesnt wake up and smell the coffee this time around and get rid of hoffa , then god only knows the type of contract we will get . its time for change ! hoffa did nothing but get concessions on this current contract and in the end we all paid the price. this october when we get those ballots to vote i hope and pray that we can all come together and get rid of hoffa. hoffa has only been looking out for ups and in the end we get screwed!

im glad at least someone stood up and spoke the truth on whats going on with 22.3 jobs! im going on 10 years and im still wondering when i will get my opportunity to get fulltime on the inside. its incredible to me how jobs are available that are suppose to get filled in my hub and i just keep hearing the same thing lol that its takes time and we are working on it . but in the end action speaks louder then words and i seriously dont get what the international is doing. UPS is having a party while the international turns the other way and lets the company drag their feet when it comes to filling and maintaining these 22.3 jobs.

i work out of the maspeth long island city hub and their are several 22.3 jobs that still haven’t been filled!the company is just dragging their feet to fill these jobs. Then you have guys with 10 or more years including myself who are still waiting on inside fulltime. things have just gotten out of control and im wondering when the international will step in and stop letting the company walk all over our contract. enough is enough ! we pay our dues so whats going on ?

what we do in our bldg is that we all take turns asking for 8hr loads and if they don’t send help we bring all miss pieces back.
